Replacement Spikes, Track & Field, 9mm, 7mm pyramid conical
    • Available in 7mm, 9mm and 19mm
    • The Hex shape is at the base of the spike and enables a socket to fit the spike. This is a much easier fitting than the old style slotted spike key, which can still be used
    • The Hex Flange will prevent spikes from being stuck when they've worn too low.
    • The Hex socket key can be purchased as a seperate item. The wrench is not included in this item
    • The Hex socket size is 1/4 inch or 6.3mm
